Despite the modest numbers, 4 properties were sold, commanding an impressive average price of $799,000. In Swansboro, 49 active listings and 15 fresh additions denote a healthy market. New Listings in the Triangle Region experienced a 16.5% change from September 2023 to now. Although there was a 3.8% decrease in closed sales in September, the average sales price increased by 1.3%. Median Sales Price maintains its median sales price average of $400,000.  New listings in Chatham County have had a 8.2% increase from September 2023 to now, with a 1.3% increase in average sales price for the month of September. Although the monthly supply of Homes for sale had a 16.7% decrease, the Housing Affordability Index experienced a 21.3% increase.  Person County saw an 11.1% increase in new listings in the month of September. Although closed sales experienced a 43.2% decrease, the median sales price had a 22.2% increase with average sales price at 13.2%.  Durham County saw a 1.8% increase in new listings in the month of September, while also having a 7.6% increase in closed sales. Although the average sales price saw a 1.9% diminish. the median sales price experienced a 5.6% increase.  Wake County witnessed a remarkable 12.6% surge in new listings. Closed sales saw a downtick of 5.6%, while the median sales price had a 0.2% change in status.  In Orange County, new listings diminished by 13.9%.
