You know Carl, you know he loves supporting our local boutiques and restaurants, and just loves seeing the area flourish. This is why Carl is so proud to share that he has been voted and appointed to two distinct REALTOR® positions where he can continue to impact our community and help it grow. Carl has been voted to be a member of The 2027 Executive Committee of Durham Regional Association of REALTORS® and the 2027 Vice Chair of The NC REALTORS® Communications Committee. Thanks to his colleagues who have voted to help make this happen, Carl is looking forward to making positive impacts for both the committees and the community we serve. Carl is excited to be part of the transition of this association as we bring Stephania into the association. What do we do at DRAR? We are “the voice for real estate in the Greater Triangle area, including Durham, Orange, Person, Franklin, Granville, Vance and Warren counties in North Carolina. The mission of the Durham Regional Association of REALTORS® is to promote real estate by providing ethical, professional services to its members and consumers seeking real estate information” (About Us). Carl is excited to serve and help guide the Association to its new chapter, and he appreciates the membership of Durham Regional Association of REALTORS® voting him into this position. The North Carolina REALTOR® Communications Committee Carl is so excited to share that he has been appointed as the 2027 Vice Chair of the NC REALTORS® Communications Committee for 2027. Carl has enjoyed serving on this committee for the past 2 years, and Carl looks forward to working closely with the Chair of this committee, Christi Bryant. The Communication Committee works at “sharing the voice, impact, and value of NC REALTORS® through all means of communication” (Committees & Recognition - NC REALTORS® ).  As you know, marketing is my JAM and Carl looks forward to utilizing his over 35+ years marketing experience to make a difference to help NC REALTORS® reach their mission which is to aid “the advancement of North Carolina’s REALTORS® and their communities” (FAQs - NC REALTORS®). Carl has enjoyed getting to know so many of the extraordinary North Carolina REALTORS® and leaders over the past 3 years while attending NC REALTORS® events. Nothing jazzes Carl more than being surrounded by highly professional REALTORS® who have the Real Estate profession and our clients' best interests as a top priority. A BIG shout-out to Brooke Rudd and Renee Cooney for this appointment. Your trust means the world to Carl. Thank you so very much for this honor. Carl loves giving back to the community in which he serves. From super fun ways such as musicals and parades to donating my time serving as a past Co-Chair on the DEIFH+ (Diversity, equality, inclusion, fair housing plus) Committee of Orange Chatham Association of Realtors to a Board Member & Ambassador, and now 2026 Chair Person of the Board of Directors of the Hillsborough Orange County Chamber of Commerce. Carl gets charged up by making a difference serving our community and helping the people that live there. He takes this same approach with my business and clients which is why he puts so much time and effort into getting to know my clients, often becoming great friends, and paying attention to each and every detail. Working together as a team with his clients allows them to leave each room better than they left it, which is how Carl sets himself apart from other agents.
