NC Realtors® Communications Committee

I am looking forward to what 2025 has in store for me as a NC REALTORS® Communications Committee  member after great talks with fellow colleagues at NC REALTORS® annual conference in Wilmington NC. I can not wait to see how I may assist the committee in 2025.

The NC REALTORS® Communications Committee has been an essential part of aid and support efforts to those post Helene and many other past catastrophic events.

The committee has a goal of connection and communication at its core and ties real estate professionals into the communities they serve. The Committee focuses on amplifying the voice, impact, and value of NC REALTORS® through many communication channels.

Below are Committees 2024 goals. You can see while reading the Committee's goals, serving, service and continued learning lies at the core of the committee:
 

• Increase Member Engagement on Social Media
• Boost interaction by utilizing member takeovers, showcasing events, and incorporating interactive elements like polls, quizzes, and Q&A sessions. These strategies will foster collaboration and enrich the online community experience.
• Enhance Website Engagement via Social Media
• Raise awareness of the resources available on ncrealtors.org, the committee will integrate website tools into social media campaigns, member takeovers, and posts throughout the year.
• Elevate Consumer Awareness of REALTOR® Value
• Through first-hand member stories, the committee will highlight REALTORS®' dedication to consumer advocacy, showcasing their essential role in transactions and contributions to their communities.

The ability to have open communication and engagement has helped numerous people get the right information to those who need it, specifically in the form of relief efforts. As the NC REALTORS® Communications Committee works hard to grow their channels in engagement numbers, more and more people will be able to be connected to get the help and information they need.
