David Ham is our newest REALTOR® added to Carl Johnson Real Estate! Born and raised in North Carolina, David is excited to be here and offer his knowledge and passion of the area to his Buyers, Sellers, and Investors. As a member of Orange Chatham Association of REALTORS® with over 18 years of industry experience, David’s niche includes Brokerage, Finance, Development, and Asset Management in the New York City, Charlotte, and Chapel Hill Markets. David provides a depth of industry experience and knowledge to our clients in valuation, marketing and negotiations along with impeccable customer service. You can find David around town at a few of his local hangout spots such as: Kenan Stadium (David is a UNC Chapel Hill Alumnus!), Bowbarr, Orange County Social Club in Chapel Hill, or spot him in the London Bridge Pub in Raleigh. And on the weekends David will most likely be sporting one of two shades of blue: Carolina Blue for the UNC Tar Heels, or Sky Blue for Manchester City F.C.
We are excited to welcome David to Carl Johnson Real Estate as he is so connected to the area and the people of the Triangle. When asked what his favorite thing is about the Triangle, David quickly answers with the energy and diversity, he gets that it is the people that make a town/city a Home and that is an important quality in an agent! David is more than happy to help those looking to move into the Triangle, maybe even suggest his favorite restaurant, Italian Pizzeria III in Chapel Hill (IP3 if you know!). When not out hard at work, you can find David spending time with his friends and family, playing a few matches of tennis, or catching some great local live music!
