Founder & Owner,  Carl Johnson, has lived in the Triangle area since 1986, and it has always been home in his heart. He attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts for high school and college, where he studied voice. After graduating, he decided to have a different lifestyle from that of a singer. It was then that he decided to enter the business world, where he worked in several marketing and advertising endeavors, one which took him across the United States prior to his real estate career. After gaining experience and knowledge in marketing, Carl settled back in the Triangle area with his family and soon Carl Johnson Real Estate was born!

Carl moved to the Triangle area in 1986, and everyone is so friendly and caring! This area is also unique in its cultural, intellectual, and artistic diversity.
David was born and raised in North Carolina where he attended the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  You can often find David out in the community at his favorite local hang out spots: Kennan Stadium, Bowbarr, Orange Country Social Club in Chapel Hill, and London Bridge Pub in Raleigh.
