I was here before I-40 went to Wilmington.
I've lived in the Triangle area since 1986, and it has always been home in my heart. I attended the University of North Carolina School of the Arts for high school and college, where I studied voice. After graduating, I decided I wanted a different lifestyle from that of a singer. It was then that i decided to enter the business world, where I worked in several marketing and advertising endeavors, one which took me across the United States prior to my real estate career.
Durham & Orange Counties
A booming economy. A tech and healthcare hub. Rich history. Basketball. A prime location for the arts. The location of three top universities. What's not to love about the Triangle? I've lived here since 1986. It's where I met my wife. It's where my daughter goes to school. It's where some of the nicest people live.
Family, Friends, Neighbors
When I was in a production of an operetta in 2003, I met a wonderful young woman who soon after became my wife. Together with our 11-year-old daughter Olivia, Anna and I have lived in our current home since 2005. As much as I love traveling with family, I am happiest spending time with them at home.
If I'm not talking about the amazing things to do in the Triangle, I'm either singing as a tenor or with friends talking about food, art, movies and cars. I love all kinds of art and cars, but I prefer the most unique kinds, as long as it's not a Yugo or Wagnerian opera.
After spending years traveling for my advertising career, I am excited to return home and share my love for this community with others. My favorite part of real estate is connecting with people. The distinct personality of this place makes my job feel as though I'm still traveling across the country. My business is all about you not all about me. It is my pleasure to represent you as a buyer and make it all about you during the process. As the seller I make it all about your property and your goals. My methodology is to put my clients first.
I've been involved in my community since I moved here. I've had the privilege of serving in these fantastic positions just to name a few.
I am excited to share my passion for the Triangle area with you!
I Put Myself in Your Place
I have always believed that when helping people, the most essential thing is to put myself in their shoes. I am passionate about linking my clients with a community which best resonates for them. My favorite interaction with clients is exploring their needs, getting to know them and understanding what is most important. Only then is it possible to utilize all of my resources so that the best results are achieved.
Thinking outside the box and being creative are my favorite ways to help people. I enjoy coming up with solutions for challenging situations while utilizing my resources. Thirty plus years of living in the Triangle along with my marketing experience is a benefit for my clients. I have experienced growth trends which provide me insights for future development and growth. My marketing solutions have provided winning strategies for my clients. I look forward to helping you fulfill your dreams. My marketing and publishing experience provides my clients a marketing edge while my community connectivity provides my clients an insiders view from a highly connected professional.
