Cynthia Gadol is the founder and Executive Director at Excelsior Classical Academy CFA. Excelsior Classical Academy, a Challenge Foundation Academy, home of the Flying Lions, is a tuition-free public charter school with a rigorous, college-preparatory, liberal arts focus. It opened August 2015 to serve grades K–4 and it will grow a grade a year to serve grades K–12. Excelsior uses the Core Knowledge curriculum with Singapore Math. The institution is striving for educational excellence and equity, and serves a diverse student body representative of the county in which we live. Cynthia has a Master in Business Administration from Appalachian State University, and a bachelors degree in statistics from the University of Georgia.

What are you doing to keep your spirits high and stay motivated?
