Randy is a long-time resident of the Triangle Community with more than three decades in people management and an understanding of the building business, community development and general brokerage, he works to maintain a focus on his family, friends and the agents at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry and Walston.
Randy is a licensed General Contractor in addition to being the VP Managing Broker at Coldwell Banker Howard Perry & Walston. In his free time, you can find Randy outdoors lakeside cooking for his friends and his family - wife Tanya and children Kennedy (17), Sydney (15), and Grayson (12P),
