Job Description:
- Manage all social media: create, produce, edit, and share high-quality content, including graphics, for Instagram Posts and Stories, Facebook Business Page Posts and Stories, LinkedIn Posts.
- Write engaging and targeted social media copy aligned with target audience(s) to drive engagement.
- Social Media Comment Monitoring & Engagement with Clients/Followers
- Measure key performance indicators and adjust content strategies accordingly to improve engagement, reach and ROI. Analyze data and report key metrics.
- Develop and produce (write) original blog posts, staying on top of trends in the real estate market and identifying topics to help drive site traffic.
- Support the team in video and photo editing. Edit video walkthroughs and post to YouTube and Vimeo.
- Develop and maintain a content calendar and asset creation plan for all marketing channels.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, best practices, and technologies and how best to incorporate them into the social strategy.
- Serve as a subject matter expert for social content creation and community management.
- Create, update and maintain Weebly & HPW webpages that include photo galleries, maps, links, video and Matterport, SEO, etc.
- Create monthly e-newsletter in Mailchimp based on social media campaigns and original blog posts.
- Create email blast in SendinBlue based on current and upcoming listings.
- Create, produce, and edit high-quality miscellaneous marketing content, such as mailers, postcards, birthday and anniversary cards, etc.
- Manage CRM system including adding new relationships, and ensuring info is kept up to date.
Required Qualifications:
- 1+ years experience in content creation for social media
- Proficient working knowledge of a variety of social channels and best practices for individual channels.
- Proficient working knowledge of graphic design, multimedia production and video editing tools.
- Experience with digital publishing and generating traffic/engagement.
- High-level skill in copy writing: original content, social media, blogs, websites, etc.
- Experience with targeting content (visual/copy) to specific audiences/channels.
- Must be efficient, organized and demonstrate the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Ability to work collaboratively, while also independently based on projects.
- Task-oriented with a balance of creativity and analytical thinking.
- Previous experience in real estate is a bonus.
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required. Associate's Degree or higher in related field a bonus.
