A Stress Free Closing

Buying a house, whether for a home or an investment can be confusing.  There is so much paper work and so many decisions to make about location, style, price, financing and a myriad of questions that come up in the home buying process.

I recently bought a new construction home from a reputable builder and yet I decided to hire a buyer’s agent to represent me and make sure my interests were protected.

The buyer’s agent I selected was Carl Johnson.  I already knew Carl to be detail oriented and very professional in everything he does.  He kept track of all the paperwork and made sure I signed everything in a timely manner.  He was very responsive to my emails and answered all my questions very quickly. He helped me find a financing option I had not thought of and of course that professional was just as motivated and pro active as Carl.  That is why he recommended her.

An unexpected and very welcome bonus to hiring Carl is his design expertise.  He tactfully steered me to a more desirable lot and model than I had originally chosen because it would probably have  better resale value. I am so glad I listened to him on that. I am sure that he was right and it really didn’t cost much more to get a better investment.  Carl helped me with all the choices of paint palettes, flooring and decorative tile. He helped me design a beautiful new home. When I was at a total loss as to where to put the cable outlets he knew exactly the right spot in each room to put them. He really is a full service broker.

I decided to use the closing attorney Carl recommended and I have never had such a stress free closing.

Finally I must say that working with Carl Johnson was a joy and a  blessing and I recommend him highly.
