Carl carefully listened to me as I went over details of what I was seeking, made thoughtful suggestions, and worked within the box of my unique circumstances and limited budget.  When things didn't work out, he took it in stride and was willing to jump back in a year later and try again when options were better. 

As a first-time homebuyer with absolutely no idea what I was doing, I was ecstatic that Carl would answer all my questions, even the kinda dumb ones I'd send him at weird times.  I was able to make an informed purchase decision and I never felt like I was being led along into something more advantageous for someone else than for me. 

Thanks to his advice, guidance, and patient assistance, I'm moving into my first home this week and I'm enormously happy with how it has turned out.  Thank you a million times over!
