Dear Carl,

I'm a realtor who showed your Durham listing yesterday. Even though my buyers decided not to place an offer, I just wanted to tell you that your listing was the best prepared home for the market I've ever seen. Your notes on the wall were so helpful and often very funny.

My buyers especially liked the bird watching list. I just wanted to reach out because as an agent, I was really impressed with how hard you worked!
