Communication is key

​Carl was great to work with and I would suggest working with Carl to anyone looking for a realtor. One thing we really appreciated about Carl was his excellent communication. We started with an initial meeting where he listened and wrote down everything we were looking for. He always answered or returned calls and on top of sending us new listings he thought we would be interested in. Carl is also very organized and had everything running smoothly from planning house viewings, to scheduling inspections and finding the right lender, through closing.
