I would like to thank you so very much for helping me with the sale of my house at Heather Glen and the purchase of my new house on Copper Creek.  

Thanks for sending me suggestions for upgrades/repairs and for sending me people to contact to do some of the repairs needed.  It was very helpful when trying to get the house ready and still work full time. Your knowledge of the market was very helpful.  I really appreciate all that you did for me during the listing period.  We had several offers and you were very helpful in discussing pros and cons about all offers. The house sold in 4 days!  Also, when I needed someone to come in and clean my carpet at a short notice, you contacted your personal cleaning lady right away and she was able to help me out at the last minute and I really appreciated that.   

You were also very helpful in the purchase of my new house – from sending me a broker to assist with financing to vetting the repair list with me from the inspection.  That helped so much in figuring out what the seller should fix before the close.  You pointed out things that should be repaired that I didn’t even notice and that was very helpful.  All in all you were looking after me and making sure I wouldn’t have to deal with these issues on my own later.  With this market as it is, your suggestions helped me in “winning” my new house.

I will always be grateful for the “little” things you did for me in this transition.   This was a big move for me and you understood my situation and you were very supportive with my needs and wants.  Thanks for coming by to my new house a few months ago with your special gift – I love it!  I appreciate your comments on how my new house looks.  I value your expert opinion in design.  If anyone chooses you for their realtor they will have a friend for life.   ☺
