Invaluable and Great Patience

 Hi Carl,
I just wanted to take this opportunity to thank you for your great help in finding my lovely new house. As you well know, I came to Raleigh not really knowing the area and I greatly appreciate the time you took guiding me through the many great neighborhoods here in the triangle and helping me zero in on the perfect place. Since I was coming from out of state, you were invaluable in tutoring me in the very different North Carolina real estate process and helping me understand local procedures that were very different from what I was accustomed to. Being that I am a very picky person you showed great patience in my extended search process and were always there for me suggesting new listings and graciously responding quickly to any property finds that I came up with.

Finally, you and your associates handled the closing in record time, I'm still kind of astonished that it all went as smoothly as it did
