Lucky To Have Found Carl

We are so lucky to have found Carl! My husband and I had very specific needs in finding a home and were very pressed for time when we could go. Any time we found a home we wanted to see Carl made it happen with his great understanding of how difficult this market is for buyers. When we found a house we wanted (we were the first to view and put in an offer) Carl made sure we came in strong with an offer that met our requirements but also was strong enough to beat out the other offers (there were 6 other offers within two days.) Carl also went the extra mile and crawled in the crawl space with my husband to make sure there was nothing that would be too concerning to not want to make an offer. We are so happy with our choice to work with Carl and highly recommend him to anyone looking to buy, especially in this market where it's so competitive.
