New listings have decreased from 454 to 362, by 20.3%. Closed sales have decreased by 30%, from 337 to 236. Average sales price increased by .7% and median sales price increased by 1.4%. Days on market increased from 36 to 37 days.
New listings decreased by 17.6%, from 159 to 131. Closed sales decreased by 41.9%, from 117 to 68. Median sales price increased from $294,450 to $305,050. Average sales price decreased from $355,229 to $333,877. Days on market decreased by almost 4%.
