Closed sales decreased by 41.9%, from 117 to 68. Median sales price increased from $294,450 to $305,050. Average sales price decreased from $355,229 to $333,877. Days on market decreased by almost 4%. Wake County
almost 4%. New listings decreased by 14%, from 1,920 to 1,651. Closed sales decreased by 23%, from 1,302 to 1,003. Median and average sales price both increased, by 1.8% and 5.9%, respectively. Days on market remained the same as in January.
