Honored to serve

I was honored to be asked to present the Invocation at the Durham Regional Association of Realtors monthly meeting & luncheon. on September 27th 2018.  Here is the Invocation that I presented.

As each of us gives our own thanks according to our own personal persuasions, let us dwell on some thoughts that bind us together:

We are blessed with friends, laughter and fun
With rain that's as soft as the light from the sun

We are blessed with stars to brighten each night
We know WRONG from RIGHT

We are given so much, please give us a heart that is always humble Grateful and full of compassion.

May we
love our friends and family.
treat others fairly.
seek justice.
help those in need.

May we be the best that we can be, and live fully in these ways.

Of all the things we think, say or do:
Is it the TRUTH?
Is it FAIR to all concerned?

Will it build GOODWILL and BETTER FRIENDSHIPS?
Will it be BENEFICIAL to all concerned?

And most of all is it best for our clients needs.

Please help us remember that we are an instrument to help guide our clients in the direction that they would like to go.

Please help us remember to look out for our clients needs, concerns and best interests at all times.

Please help us always put others first and to always do the right thing.

It is an honor to serve the community and we are humbled to do so.
