![]() POSITION CLOSED Carl Johnson Real Estate is excited to share this job post for part time administrative assistant. The purpose of this new position is to handle administrative duties and increase the revenue of the Carl Johnson Real Estate, LLC. The candidate should be motivated and self-managed so that Carl has more time to work with clients and grow the overall business. This partially virtual position will start at 10 hours a week, working 2 hours a day M-F between the hours of 9am - 5pm. A great candidate is someone that can grow with the company and expand hours as the business grows and additional time is needed for the position. You will have control of setting a schedule for the 2 hours you will work each day so that Carl knows when he may interact with you. There may be a set schedule that does not change or a varying schedule that is set before 5pm the prior Friday. A communication system will be set up so that all tasks are electronically logged. This system is shared between Carl and the administrative assistant. At this time we use the Apple note pad, however for this position it may be best to use Dropbox Paper. This is the system that the marketing team uses for all listings. There will be a weekly in person meeting/drop off between Carl and the assistant where certain items will be delivered to Carl. I am always open to ideas to make my business better, so I am looking for someone that will speak their mind.
