The median sales price has decreased from $290,000 to $285,000 (1.7% decrease), while the average sales price has also decreased from $384,931 to $358,058 (7% decrease). The average days a house is on the market until it sales has decreased from 40 to 37 (7.5% decrease).
Wake County has received a 22.2% increase in new listings and an 11.5% increase in closed sales. The median sales price has increased from $300,000 to $315,000 (5% increase) and the average sales price has increased from $334,869 to $352,297 (5.2% increase). The average days on market has remained at a low 26 days.
